Dual skyscrapers and a highrises flank a public plaza filled with shops, restaurants, food hall, and a movie theater. There is Whole Foods and NHL Shop. The movie theater is called Midnight Theater with a single 150-seat theater that hosts small performances such as music, comedy, and cabarets. The food hall is called Citizens New York and hosts 12 food purveyors.

Built over the Penn Station storage tracks and part of the larger Hudson Yards Redevelopment. The project started construction in 2015 and finished major components in 2021, having a grand opening ceremony on Sept 28th, 2021.

  • Penn Station: Amtrak, LIRR, and subways – Manhattan West is located 1 block west of Moynihan Train Hall and 2 blocks west of Penn Station
